This comprehensive Doula package 'With the exception of the birth', provides extensive support to you during your pregnancy, leading all the way up to your birth and after birth support as well.We'll provide you emotional and informational support throughout your pregnancy preparing you to have a shorter, comfortable and more enjoyable labor. We'll provide you with pain management tools as well as virtual/phone support during labor and birth as well as prepare you for your homecoming with your new baby.
Whatever birth you are planning whether an intimate birth with you and your partner or surrounded by support people, it’s imperative you and your partner have ownership of your birth. During your pregnancy, we'll be there for you providing you every step of the way with sound evidence-based birth information and labor preparation. We'll be there once your home to answer any questions you have and provide a follow up visit to check on you and your baby.

All Inclusive Birth Doula Package

Let us guide you through your pregnancy, labor and birth with our All-Inclusive birth doula package. We’ll be with you every step of the way providing you with education, support, evidenced based information, resources and a shoulder to lean on whenever you need it!
We can’t stress enough how important prenatal education is and include 11 hours of comprehensive classes that will prepare you for your labor and birth, as well as how to care for your baby during those first few weeks.
In the birth & postpartum planning sessions we will help you prepare for your birth and those first few weeks at home with your newborn. In the Getting Ready for Breastfeeding session, a lactation consultant (Rachel Deckler with Austin Breastfeeding) will answer all your breastfeeding questions and get you off to a great start from your baby’s first latch!
We can’t wait for you to hear about an amazing little device that helps with pain management during your labor. A TENS unit will be sent to you during those last few weeks of pregnancy so you’ll be ready to start it during your early labor at home. Some of our mamas use it all the way through their labor. Our TENS units gets rave reviews!

2nd+ Mama Doula Package

You have given birth before, so you know the value of support during pregnancy and labor. We will be there to provide you with the information, resources, and support you need!
In the birth and postpartum planning sessions, we will help you prepare for your birth and those first few weeks at home with the new addition to your family.
You will also receive the use of a TENS unit, which is a great pain management device that you can utilize starting in early labor. If you’ve never used a TENS for Labor before, we’re especially excited for you to take advantage of this helpful tool.
